Cleansing negativity

Ingredients:
CANDLES
1 Black, red, yellow, green blue white
1 sage stick
HERBS
Sandalwood
Dragon’s blood
Cinnamon
These you can use incense or go to a metaphysical store and buy the herb form of this and burn it over ritual charcoal. You can get this stuff also at a Health food store.
1 Sage Stick.
Some Dragons blood incense Dispels Negativity and when used kicks your spell into over drive, Cinnamon for protection also helps in adding to your spell, Sandalwood protection and banishing negativity.
First start by clearing and releasing your energy..
Take a sage stick and fully smoke the body all parts forward and back. (Connie do this for her..)
Cast a circle around you and call the quarters to help you in your working. Start in the east and say:
Hail Guardians of the East of power and intellect, I ask for your assistance in removing negativity from me. Your blessing and aid in this matter is greatly needed. I bid you hail and welcome. Light a yellow candle to signify Air.
Move to the south and say..
Hail Guardians of the South of power of fire and manifestation I ask for your assistance in removing negativity from me. Your blessing and aid in this matter is greatly needed. I bid you hail and welcome. Light a Red candle to signify fire.
Move to the West and say:
Hail Guardians of the West of power of water and emotions, I ask for your assistance in removing negativity from me. Your blessing and aid in this matter is greatly needed. I bid you hail and welcome. Light a Blue candle to signify water.
Move now to the North
Hail Guardians of the North of power of Earth and manifestation. I ask for your assistance in removing negativity from me. Your blessing and aid in this matter is greatly needed. I bid you hail and welcome. Light a Green candle for Earth.
Guardians of the watchtowers I thank you for your aid and guidance may there be peace between us. Go if you must, stay if you wish. I bid you hail and farewell. Now light the White candle for spirit.
Light 1 black candle on your altar for protection.
Saying :
“Remove this negativity around me
So I can live free and see
All the beauty around
Open my ears for beauty sound
Take the pain of the hateful mist
And give me your loving kiss.
As I seek protection from the
Negativity Blessed Be.
So mote it be.
You need to get something that is fire proof or light the charcoal in a sand pit. These are small pieces of charcoal. If you use incense sticks or cones light them and let them burn till they burn out. Let the candles burn all the way out as well.
After you have done the above stay in your circle and concentrate on getting that negativity away from you. See you being happy and all the negativity is gone. Feel the Guardians around you protecting you and helping you build a protection light in you and around you. Feel this energy expand in you and away from you. You can see this as a white or blue light. Stay in the circle until the candles, incense burn completely out.
If at this point you want to create a witch bottle for protection see the second attachment called Witch Bottle. Insert that into this and create the bottle while you are in that circle.

When the items are done burning go counter clockwise starting in the east.. open the circle opposite to how you constructed this.
